Southwest Evangelical Ministries is a Christ centered web based Church fullfilling the two main assignments Jesus gave the church body of believers:
1) The Great Commandments - to love God with all of their heart and to love others, especially one another.
2) The Great Commission - to go into the world, share the good news of the Kingdom of God, make disciples - teach them to obey what Jesus commanded, baptize new believers, heal the sick, and release the oppressed.
We cannot properly fulfill the Great Commission unless we first fulfill the Great Commandments.
Southwest Evangelical Ministries is an independent church affiliated with no other church except those that are chartered with us and those of our ministers.
We are a non-denominational church that has no written standard of doctrinal authority other than the Bible.
